Rockville Housing Enterprises’ non-profit subsidiaries, RELP One, LLP (RELP), and RHE Properties Inc, own and operate 60 units of low-income housing in scattered sites located primarily in the King Farm and Fallsgrove neighborhoods. These condominiums and townhouses rent at below-market rates. These units offer high-quality amenities such as:
