Client Services

With a dedicated team of seven full-time staff members, the RHE Client Services Department (CSD) is committed to addressing the unique needs of RHE residents, fostering housing stability, self-sufficiency, and integration into the broader community.

Working hand in hand with local agencies and nonprofits, RHE’s CSD tailors its services to the specific requirements of the resident population. Together, they coordinate and arrange supportive services both onsite and by facilitating active connections to offsite resources.

The range of services offered by the CSD is extensive, aimed at promoting not only housing stability but also independence and assimilation into the community. These services can be broadly categorized into Supportive Services, Specialized Services, and Referral Services, which form the foundation for a thriving and resilient community.
