New Executive Director of Rockville Housing Enterprises AnnouncedWe are pleased to announce that Ms. Christele Etienbla has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Rockville Housing Enterprises. With over a decade of experience in affordable housing and exceptional management skills, she brings extensive knowledge to lead the agency in achieving its mission of providing affordable housing to the citizens of The City of Rockville. In her recent role as Deputy Director at Rockville Housing Enterprises, Ms. Etienbla demonstrated strong leadership by overseeing all financial and operational aspects, contributing to the agency’s status as one of the leading housing agencies in the county.
