Rockville Housing Enterprises RHE-YOUTHBUILD is a workforce development and career preparation program that engages young people between the ages of 16-24 who face barriers to education and employment and aids in their development towards self-sufficiency. Participants have the opportunity of learning construction trades while obtaining their GED. RHE has been a recipient of the YouthBuild grant since 2022 and has experienced tremendous success with engaging hard-to-serve youth, providing them with case management, career counseling, and job placement, as well as onsite training in construction trades.
