Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program

Rockville Housing Enterprises' non-profit subsidiary, RELP One, LLP (RELP), owns and operates 56 units of low income housing tax credit housing in scattered sites located primarily in the King's Farm and Fallsgrove neighborhoods. RELP has condominiums and townhouses for rent at below market rates. These units offer high quality amenities such as:

  • Washer and Dryer
  • Parking
  • Recreation Facilities, including swimming pools
  • Convenience to schools, shopping, and transportation

Prospective residents must meet the income requirements referenced in the chart below as well as other screening criteria such as credit and criminal checks.

RELP does not experience many vacancies in these units. Therefore, a waiting list is not maintained.
